Reflections on Observation Task3

Classroom management
According to Kratochwill et al (2015), Classroom management is the process that teachers use and follow as a technique to control and direct their students while being in the classroom.  Using classroom management maintains and create an appropriate behavior  for students while being in the classroom.  There is a basic objective of using classroom management that is  to  enhance children’s prosocial  behavior and increase their  academic engagement. (. Kratochwill T., DeRoos R. & DeRoos R., 2015). During the classroom, the teacher used some classroom  management strategies to control children’s behavior where  she used lineup  if children move from the class to another place as playing sports or others.  The teachers choose one of the both genders first to line up, then  another strategy, the teacher set rules on the board such as eyes looking to the teacher, ears listening, raise your hands, good sitting and others. The teacher reminds children with such laws from time to another. Through that, the children remember the rules of the classroom.
