Weekly Reflective Journal 

On the first day of my teaching practice at Al Joud Kindergarten, I met the head of the reaches there and she told me that all the teachers found in this kindergarten have fewer experiences and even their abilities in teaching were less and not good. That situation made me disappointed from what she said to me. Then she directed me to a certain class that was KG2 and there I met the class teacher and really she was great and was able to provide me with valuable skills in using teaching aids, dealing with students and others. Really at the end of that day, I felt happiness with the class teacher and even he method of teaching attracted my attention and enabled me to do greater value. 
During  that day, I was responsible for the art center where there I was able to  guide  children how to  choose different feelings as happy, sad, sleepy, and another feeling. The activities that were acted were, one activity connected with art through managing children to choose a face that shows the feeling where they used the face and stick it on the paper with them and the face was showing the child’s feeling. I was very happy as I enjoyed so much when children were creating their character and what they feel, 
The most  interesting strategy that the MST used was  that when she was choosing someone to  go to the smart board to answer a question and that boy or girl should be calm, good seating, and focus, then the teacher ask the  boy to choose a girl that she is also calm and good seating. That rhythm was repeated in class. That made children  learn new vocabulary as boy, girl and remember the rule of the class.

I felt that dealing with young children, requires more patient and I  did not have any ability to deal with young. However, that was changed through learning certain strategies from the MST how to control children’s and grow to be close and connected to them. Here I was near and close to
I learned to be positive while dealing with children at this young age and also to be friendly and kind. Being patient is a.lso required and to bring creative ideas to be used in the school. All that created a good relationship with children.  Connecting that with the college learning is important where the college taught us how to deal with students through being friendly and showing great help and support to learners. Besides, the college taught us to be creative and innovative  while dealing with young children.
I have evidence to show children’s work where  the example included the letter” M “  where she made as what the class teacher did  and she already copied the class teacher’s work.
I tried out to  cancel what the class teacher did. For example, the teacher gave children an example and asked children to do the same.  I liked to change that through giving them the work without a sample to manage children to create. During that activity, I felt that I did not do any achievement as that was so difficult for children. That’s because they are used to follow the teacher’s example. Those children and be in gone from the activities members. All that created a good autonomy between me and children.
